About The Position

We’re a fast-growing marketing and promotions company seeking an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join our team! In this entry-level role, you’ll work alongside experienced Event Coordinators to deliver engaging, memorable experiences that boost brand awareness, drive product engagement, and support local community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of client brands at local events, retail activations, and community campaigns
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions after brand and product training
• Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to consumers
• Assist customers with orders, registrations, and event sign-ups
• Track event traffic, customer feedback, and common questions to improve customer experience and campaign performance
