About The Position

We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our team and support live events, promotional campaigns, community initiatives, and brand activations. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience in marketing and events without needing years of previous experience. No prior event or marketing experience is required. Paid training and coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with live event marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Represent brands and nonprofit partners at community events
  • Engage with event attendees and members of the public
  • Explain campaign information, programs, and promotional offers
  • Help create an engaging and professional event experience
  • Assist with event registration and information areas
  • Support promotional displays and event materials
  • Participate in community outreach and awareness initiatives
  • Communicate customer feedback and questions to team leaders
  • Work with team members to support daily event and campaign objectives
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities
