About The Position

Looking for an entry-level job with paid training? We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Communications Assistants to support community events, promotional campaigns, brand activations, nonprofit initiatives, and customer engagement activities. No previous event, marketing, communications, or public relations experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, first-time job seekers, and motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build skills in event marketing, communications, promotions, customer service, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Assist with community events, promotional events, and brand activations
Support event setup, activities, promotions, and breakdown
Welcome and engage with customers, attendees, and community members
Communicate information about featured programs, products, and campaigns
Represent brands, nonprofit organizations, and community partners
Support event marketing, promotions, and community outreach
Distribute promotional materials and increase campaign awareness
Assist with presentations, registrations, information tables, and event activities
Work with team members to create a positive customer experience
Participate in paid training, team meetings, and professional development
