About The Position
Park 6 Logistics is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and brand-focused activities in the Cincinnati area. In this role, you will work closely with the promotions and operations team to help create engaging event experiences, communicate with attendees, assist with event logistics, and ensure promotional activities are executed professionally and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in developing valuable skills in event coordination, communication, customer engagement, and business operations.

- Provide clear information about company services, promotions, and event initiatives.
- Support event setup, organization, materials distribution, and breakdown.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure events remain organized and run smoothly.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and in-person customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a professional representation of Park 6 Logistics during all events.
- Collect feedback and relevant information from event participants when required.
- Help track event activity, attendance, materials, and campaign results.
- Support the team with additional event and operational responsibilities as needed.
