Requirements

• At least one year of experience in event logistics.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Competence in basic math.
• Great communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• All applicants will undergo a background check as well as a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree is preferred.
• Supervisory skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously planning and organizing events within The Classic Center, ensuring every detail contributes to an unforgettable experience.
• Acting as the vital link between clients and our dedicated staff, facilitating seamless coordination to bring visions to life.
• Monitoring event logistics and interfacing with other scheduled activities, ensuring a smooth flow of events within our vibrant venue.
• Bringing events to life with detailed scaled drawings, ensuring precise setups that leave a lasting impression.
• Efficiently managing equipment distribution, from drapes to microphones, ensuring everything is in place for a seamless event.
• Keeping a sharp eye on our facilities and equipment, promptly addressing any issues to uphold excellence.
• Working professionally with various departments within The Classic Center, creating a collaborative and respectful environment.
• Serving as the primary client contact, guiding them through the process and ensuring their expectations are not just met, but surpassed.
• Being prepared for an irregular schedule to oversee all events and activities.
