About The Position

This position serves as the Event Coordinator/Event Planner for 2 Circle Inc. The Event Coordinator/Event Planner conducts short and long-term planning, organization, and management of company events. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure each event is delivered with professionalism and aligns with company standards while effectively engaging all stakeholders as the main 2 Circle representative.

Requirements

  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with creation, maintenance of budget and reports
  • Must be skilled in logistics to properly plan and execute events
  • Successfully clear a pre-employment background check
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with basic design or marketing tools (i.e., Canva)

Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing all aspects of company-wide social events and meetings
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues to secure quality service
  • Create financial reports with accurate event-related expenses and ensure timely payments
  • Responsible for assisting with creation and maintenance of event budget and tracking actual cost expenditures
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge to support diverse event types and complex organizational needs
