As our Event Planner, you’ll bring events to life for clients, brokers, internal teams, and senior leaders; from intimate happy hours to multi‑day retreats and international programs. What You’ll Do Plan and execute a wide range of events You’ll independently manage smaller and mid‑sized events end‑to-end, while partnering on our major annual programs Lead logistics and operations Source venues (including onsite visits for major events) Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities Manage registration workflows and attendee communication Support on‑site execution with full authority to resolve issues Drive organization and process Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting Create and improve templates and processes that help the team scale Use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows Collaborate across the business You’ll work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders — becoming a trusted partner who keeps everyone aligned and informed. Applicants will only be considered for the listed locations The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for a generous benefits package. Chicago: $70.8k - $85k New York City: $77.3k - $90k Richmond & Omaha: $64.3k - $85k PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
