This role combines leadership, sales management, customer engagement, and event execution in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You'll oversee event staff, ensure smooth operations, maintain a high-energy customer experience, and help drive sales performance throughout the weekend. This is not a desk job. You'll be actively leading your team, engaging customers, and making key decisions throughout the event.
