Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in event operations, event marketing, or experiential marketing
  • Proven experience managing logistics for in‑person and/or hybrid events
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience working with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience supporting B2B, healthcare technology, enterprise software, medical device, or healthcare services organizations.
  • Familiarity with event registration platforms, CRM systems, lead capture tools, and marketing technology solutions.
  • Experience managing large industry tradeshows, customer events, executive engagements, or multi-event portfolios.
  • Experience marketing healthcare technology, medication management solutions, pharmacy systems, or clinical software.
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows across inpatient and outpatient care settings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end event logistics for assigned programs, from strategic planning and pre-event preparation through onsite execution and post-event closeout.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, project plans, run-of-show documents, vendor schedules, and operational workflows to ensure flawless execution.
  • Coordinate registration processes, attendee communications, speaker logistics, shipping and freight, audiovisual requirements, event signage, and branded materials.
  • Maintain exceptional event quality standards while ensuring alignment with Omnicell brand guidelines and experience expectations.
  • Build and manage relationships with venues, hotels, event agencies, freight providers, and audiovisual partners.
  • Lead vendor engagement activities, including statement of work development, deliverable management, timeline tracking, and performance oversight.
  • Monitor event budgets, process purchase requests, manage invoices, and support accurate budget reconciliation activities.
  • Serve as the operational lead onsite, proactively addressing issues, managing execution details, and ensuring a positive attendee experience.
  • Support virtual and hybrid event experiences through platform coordination, speaker preparation, testing, and technical readiness.
  • Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders by providing proactive communication and solution-oriented support during events.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation, inventory tracking, operational playbooks, and reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, standardization, and overall event effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare industry requirements, company policies, and event governance standards.
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing and Sales teams to align event execution with business goals and audience engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to support registration systems, lead capture processes, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Coordinate post-event activities, including attendee surveys, follow-up communications, performance reporting, and lessons learned reviews.
