About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is seeking enthusiastic Event Marketing Specialists / Appointment Setters to represent our industry-leading brand at retail locations, community events, home shows, and partner venues throughout the Springfield area. This role offers valuable experience in marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales while working for a nationally recognized company.
Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends and travel locally between event locations.
- Professional and enthusiastic brand representative.
Responsibilities
- Represent Renewal by Andersen at retail stores, community events, trade shows, and promotional venues.
- Engage homeowners in conversations about their home improvement needs.
- Schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our design consultants.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while professionally representing our brand.
- Educate prospective customers on our premium window and door solutions.
- Generate quality leads that support business growth.
