About The Position

Fleetio is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Event Marketing Manager to lead and enhance its tradeshow and event strategy. This role is responsible for the complete execution of Fleetio's participation in key industry events, as well as supporting significant brand initiatives like sponsorship activations and special events. The position operates at the intersection of marketing, sales, and brand, integrating strategy, storytelling, and execution to drive pipeline growth, increase industry presence, and deliver impactful event experiences. Event marketing is crucial for pipeline development and brand visibility, requiring close alignment with demand-generation and sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or tradeshow management (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities at once
  • Clear, effective communicator who can adapt messaging to different audiences and channels
  • Proven ability to own the full event lifecycle from planning through follow-up and ROI
  • Hands-on experience executing tradeshows and sponsorships end-to-end, including logistics, vendors, and onsite execution
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and ability to move quickly and adapt as needed
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce and Asana to manage workflows, track performance, and stay organized, with an openness to leveraging AI to work smarter and scale impact

  • Turn in-person moments into real relationships that last beyond the event
