About The Position

We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and people-focused Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and work directly with established and respected charity clients. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for individuals looking to launch or develop a career in event marketing, face-to-face marketing, fundraising, sales, customer engagement, or communications. In this role, you'll represent our charity partners through face-to-face community outreach and fundraising campaigns, engage directly with members of the public, and help deliver impactful campaigns while developing valuable professional and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent charity clients professionally at face-to-face marketing, fundraising, and community outreach events
• Engage with members of the public and clearly communicate campaign goals and messages
• Support fundraising and community outreach campaigns in achieving daily and weekly objectives
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Assist with fundraising initiatives and contribute toward campaign targets
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and clients
• Complete assigned responsibilities efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs
• Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic approach when representing our clients
• Maintain accurate campaign and donation records
• Provide regular updates on campaign performance and progress
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and overall effectiveness
• Continuously develop your skills in communication, sales, marketing, fundraising, and customer service
