About The Position

Rosenblum Law is expanding its Estate Planning Workshop Program and is seeking an Event Marketing & Sales Specialist. This role will manage in-person workshops, overseeing the entire client journey from event experience to sales conversions and Strategy Sessions. The position combines event coordination, marketing, and sales, with close collaboration with attorneys during consultations.

Requirements

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable with light manual labor (moving boxes, AV setup, carrying supplies).
Enjoy speaking with people and excel in warm sales conversations.
Confident guiding people toward the next step in their process.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
Tech-savvy and comfortable filming/producing short video content.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Can work one evening per week, with adjusted daytime hours.

Nice To Haves

Experience in events, sales, marketing, or hospitality is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead the setup and breakdown of weekly estate planning workshops, including loading/unloading, signage, AV, materials, and displays.
Work each event from start to finish, managing check-in, attendee experience, and room flow.
Coordinate food, supplies, and preparation with the admin team.
Support financial planners and other professional partners attending events.
Engage with workshop attendees to drive sign-ups for paid Strategy Sessions and achieve conversion metrics.
Assist with scheduling Strategy Sessions.
Participate in Strategy Sessions alongside attorneys, facilitating the session structure, capturing notes, collecting information, and ensuring clients understand next steps.
Contribute to a consistent, high-quality consultation experience.
Work with attorneys to achieve 60%+ conversion rates from Strategy Sessions to full estate plan clients.
Capture video content at workshops (testimonials, attendee clips, behind-the-scenes, interviews).
Film short-form content with attorneys for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
Coordinate with the marketing team for content upload, edits, and campaign support.
Promote workshops organically in local Facebook groups and community channels.
Help confirm workshop registrations.
Provide a welcoming experience for prospective clients.
Communicate with internal teams for smooth handoffs between departments.
