About The Position

Champion Window is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing Field Marketer to represent its product lines as a brand ambassador at events and engage potential clients. The role involves scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team while canvassing or working at home shows, conventions, festivals, fairs, and other assigned event locations. The marketer may demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects and assist with event booth setup and breakdown. This position offers hourly base pay of $16–$19 plus commission. The posting also describes potential weekly commissions of $750–$1,500 and above for high-performing individuals. Compensation depends on factors including experience, market location, education, and certifications. The position requires weekend availability, standing for up to 8–10 hours, walking for 4–8 hours, and willingness to travel 10%.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Must be able to work weekends.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours.
Ability to walk for 4–8 hours.
Willingness to travel 10%.
