About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is the #1 window replacement company in the country. Our event marketing team is the front line—working events and home shows, starting real conversations with homeowners, qualifying interest, and setting appointments for our Design Consultants. This is a seasonal opportunity for Summer 2026, with a cohort starting May 23rd and working through the end of September. It's ideal for candidates seeking summer income, flexible work, and real sales experience. High performers may have the opportunity to continue with the company past the season.
Requirements
- Strong communicators (sales experience not required)
- Coachable, competitive mindset
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
