Part-Time Event Marketer (Appointment Setter) – $25/hr + Bonuses + Retention Bonus
About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is the #1 window replacement company in the country. Our event marketing team is the front line—working events and home shows, starting real conversations with homeowners, qualifying interest, and setting appointments for our Design Consultants. If you like talking to people, competing against yourself, and seeing effort turn directly into money, this role fits. This is a seasonal opportunity for Summer 2026, with a cohort starting May 23rd and working through the end of September. It's a great opportunity for candidates looking for summer income, flexible work, and real sales experience. High performers will have the opportunity to stay on past the season and grow within the company. We welcome all backgrounds and experience levels, including people breaking into sales or marketing, career-changers, students or professionals looking for weekend income, and people looking for flexible, part-time work. Sales or marketing experience is a plus and will help you ramp faster. We provide hands-on training for the right candidates who bring strong communication skills and a competitive mindset.
