Responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate corporate events end-to-end for European clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests
- Conduct negotiations with service providers (venues, catering, activities)
- Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
- Handle B2B billing and invoicing related to events, ensuring accuracy and follow-up
- Participate in the development of processes, tools and product features
