This hybrid role splits focus equally between event operations and membership development, ensuring both areas meet their annual revenue and engagement goals. This position requires strategic planning and a strong ability to cultivate relationships with both prospective clients and club members. The Director collaborates with the regional Event Sales and Membership teams as well as the General Manager to ensure alignment with the club’s overall business objectives and service standards.
