About The Position

BiltOn is a startup company with a leading AI-powered safety and risk management platform purpose-built for enterprise General Contractors. We connect and empower teams from the field to the trailer to the office, transforming how they build by delivering consistent onsite visibility and accurate data to proactively manage safety. We modernize field operations—including workforce tracking, safety routines, incident reporting, safety checklists, and credential tracking—and link critical operations and compliance data to worker and trade profiles. This enables safety teams to eliminate administrative waste and turn passive data into proactive execution, ultimately ensuring compliance readiness and mitigating insurance risk.

We are seeking a highly organized Event Manager on a part-time basis to execute diverse corporate events and handle critical administrative logistics. This role requires managing shifting priorities across multiple simultaneously planned events, including large- and small-scale conferences, educational lunch-and-learns, webinars, and high-touch private dinners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing corporate conferences, seminars, and VIP dinners.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and fulfill sponsorship contract line items.
• Experience managing complex hotel room blocks and group booking logistics.
• Mastery of event software to finalize registration of attendees and event logistics.
• Strong negotiation skills for handling venue contracts and organizer disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel room blocks, coordinate staff travel, and schedule venue walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with event organizers to finalize sponsorship agreements.
• Track, gather, and deliver all contractual sponsor deliverables and brand assets.
• Interface with all vendors to ensure on-time execution.
• Oversee registration, guest lists, and technical troubleshooting during live events.
