Joyce Factory Direct is seeking high-energy, people-oriented Part-Time Event Marketers to represent their brand at local events, generate leads, and set appointments. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who want to earn more and grow quickly. • Set appointments for the in-home sales team

• Help with light event setup and teardown
• Hit daily lead goals and maximize earning potential
