Legends Global is seeking an Event Manager and Hospitality Supervisor to oversee all aspects of facility operations related to events, supporting banquet and hospitality operations. This role involves meeting with clients to plan and organize events, coordinating with service contractors, guiding clients through contract provisions, and managing event preparation timelines. The position requires preparing cost estimates, monitoring billing, coordinating with culinary and F&B teams, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service policies and guest safety standards. The Event Manager and Hospitality Supervisor will also be responsible for communicating requirements to operational departments, assisting with scheduling operational set-ups, monitoring facility set-up, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and facility departments. This role involves monitoring in-house events, following up on client requests, and supervising banquet and service staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. The position also includes Manager on Duty responsibilities as required and the ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
