This role involves engaging the community by starting conversations with homeowners at local events and retail sites, setting qualified consultations for Design Consultants, addressing customer needs, and participating in coaching to sharpen skills and increase bonus potential.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.
• Outgoing, energetic, and motivated personality.
• Ability to build rapport with strangers.
• Resilience to handle rejection.
• Intrinsically motivated to hit daily goals and quotas.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly.
• Supportive of team culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage the community by starting conversations with homeowners at local events and retail sites.
• Set qualified consultations for Design Consultants.
• Address customer needs and build trust authentically using conversational agility.
• Participate in coaching and role-playing to sharpen skills and increase bonus potential.
