About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Event Lead Generator Representatives. This role offers the potential for full-time pay on part-time hours, starting with a guaranteed base of $21/hour. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with the community at local events and retail sites to set qualified consultations for our Design Consultants. This is a dynamic role where you'll use your conversational skills to address customer needs, build trust, and continuously grow your abilities through coaching and role-playing.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners at local events and retail sites to start conversations.
• Set qualified consultations for Design Consultants by selling the appointment.
• Use conversational agility to address customer needs and build trust authentically.
• Participate in coaching and role-playing to sharpen skills and increase bonus potential.

• Guaranteed base pay of $21/hour.

• Paid travel reimbursement for mileage and drive time for events over 20 miles/30 minutes away.
