About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join their team as Event Lead Generator Representatives. This role is ideal for individuals with a "Show Up and Show Out" personality who are ready to engage with the community and represent the Renewal by Andersen brand. The position offers the potential for full-time pay on part-time hours, starting with a guaranteed base of $21/hour.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Wind).
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners at local events and retail sites to start conversations.
• Set qualified consultations for Design Consultants by selling the appointment.
• Address customer needs and build trust authentically using conversational agility.
• Participate in coaching and role-playing to improve skills and increase bonus potential.
