Okie Staffing is hiring Event Kitchen Staff (Stewards & Dishwashers) to support a high-volume, event-driven client in Tulsa, OK.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity — hours vary based on concerts, games, and special events. Some weeks may offer limited hours, while others can provide significant shifts and overtime potential.

Requirements

• Tulsa County Health Department Food Handler’s Card (Required)
• Obtain here: www.tulsa-health.org/food-safety/food-classes-and-permits
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Must be reliable and able to follow directions
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Uniform Requirements (Required)
• Black pants
• Black non-slip (non-skid) shoes
• Black polo shirt

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Scrape and sort plates
• Assist with basic food prep and plating
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support kitchen staff during high-volume service
