Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years' work experience in event production and logistics
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) experience
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail for design and aesthetics
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Supports the design and execution of events, ensuring high-quality, branded experience across all Regional office initiatives and cross-branded company events
  • Develop event concepts, visual layouts, décor plans, and attendee experience elements that align with company brand standards and desired event outcomes
  • Curate and source décor, furnishings, experiential elements, and event materials to elevate engagement and create memorable experiences
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-event readiness reviews and rehearsals, ensuring all event elements, materials, technology, branding, and stakeholder responsibilities are aligned and fully prepared for successful delivery
  • Oversee all event readiness activities, including venue setup, vendor coordination, production schedules, run-of-show management, and contingency planning to ensure flawless execution
  • Manages resources needed and ensures timely local execution of initiatives
  • Lead the collection and analysis of post-event feedback, engagement metrics, and stakeholder input to evaluate event effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and drive enhancements for future experiences
