About The Position

This role is responsible for bringing events to life, owning the guest experience, leading the team on the floor, keeping things moving, and resetting for the next group. It involves supporting the Event Manager in planning and coordinating events, ensuring guest satisfaction, guiding the Party Patrol team, managing event flow and orders, and assisting with various operational tasks. The environment is fun, high-energy, and fast-paced, requiring flexibility and a team-first attitude.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or events
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
A team player who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in

Responsibilities

Support the Event Manager in planning and coordinating birthday parties and group events.
Confirm event details with guests, offer add-ons, and ensure all details are set up for success.
Prep party spaces, tables, and supplies.
Greet guests, host parties, and be the go-to person throughout the event.
Check in with party hosts to ensure smooth operations and make adjustments as needed.
Keep energy up, lead celebrations, and create a fun, memorable experience.
Guide and support the Party Patrol team during events.
Help train new teammates and provide ongoing coaching.
Coordinate across departments (kitchen, front desk, attractions) to keep events running smoothly.
Oversee party flow across attractions like bowling, arcade, and laser tag.
Enter and manage food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
Assist with payments, tabs, and ensure accuracy.
Help break down and reset party areas quickly.
Stay organized with paperwork and daily responsibilities.
Jump in wherever needed to support the team.
