About The Position

Halter is seeking an Event Coordinator to support its rapid scaling across the United States. This role is crucial for field marketing, acting as a bridge between ranchers and Halter's groundbreaking product. The Event Coordinator will plan and execute regional and national events, including ranch field days, customer celebrations, and trade shows. This position offers the opportunity to be in the field, capture content, tell stories, and showcase the impact of Halter.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including trade shows, field days, industry conferences, and community celebrations.
  • Lead the planning and execution for large marketing-led events and build regional events with sales teams.
  • Manage all event details such as venue booking, merchandise, travel, signage, and onsite experience.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for territory managers and wider teams, assisting in event strategy and execution.
  • Manage attendee coordination, design event kits, organize collateral and signage, and update website event landing pages with lead capture forms.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure events drive impact.
  • Own onsite logistics, including setup, registration management, and ensuring timely delivery of all event materials.
  • Send reminder emails, follow-ups, and post-event surveys.
  • Work with design and content teams to refine email invites, forms, and landing pages.
  • Track and analyze event data to improve processes and outcomes, such as sign-up rates, attendance, and customer feedback.
  • Compile event insights and performance data to inform future activity planning and share best practices.
  • Gather content in the field, including photos, quotes, and interviews with ranchers, to support storytelling.
  • Arrange merchandise orders, gifting, and other customer appreciation initiatives.
