The role also encompasses media, outreach, and communications, including engaging with local groups, non-profits, military, volunteers, and contract labor, developing outreach strategies, promoting the organization through community events, and coordinating public relations and media relations activities. Analysis and reporting are key components, involving the creation of After Action Reports, evaluating event data, distributing collateral, recruiting community partners, and organizing staff meetings to inform departments about upcoming events.
