The Event Coordinator supports the planning and execution of events at the Alumni Center by coordinating logistics, managing client communication, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and providing on-site operational support. This position works closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure events are executed efficiently and in accordance with Alumni Center and University standards. Under the general direction of the Association Director, the position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a regular, full-time position (40 hours per week). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular hours is required based on event schedules.
