About The Position

Bethesda Country Club is looking for an energetic, organized, and creative part-time Event Coordinator to help bring incredible member experiences to life. This role involves planning, organizing, and ensuring the seamless execution of various events, including golf tournaments, tennis socials, elegant dinners, and signature Club celebrations. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hospitality, catering, restaurant, hotel, or country club experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Weekend and holiday availability
  • Someone who enjoys teamwork, creativity, and making events memorable

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate and execute exciting private and Club events
  • Work closely with catering, banquet teams, vendors, and Club departments
  • Help plan member favorites like golf and tennis events, swim activities, and seasonal celebrations
  • Keep event details organized and running smoothly through accurate BEOs and event documentation
  • Update event calendars, flyers, reservations, and member communications
