The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and performance of activities associated with conference room and event set-ups per customer requests. This role requires providing a high quality of customer service, collaborating with internal and external partners to understand business needs, and executing event visions. The coordinator will also be responsible for collecting pre/post event metrics, verifying event schedules, building relationships with vendor partners, conducting site inspections, and serving as a point of contact for user inquiries and concerns.
