About The Position

Oklahoma Water Pros is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company specializing in beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance acrylic bath solutions. We help homeowners improve their bathrooms with products designed for comfort, style, and long-term value. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable Shows & Events Coordinator to represent our company at local home shows, expos, and community events. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating conversations, and being part of a team that delivers results.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people
• Reliable and willing to work weekends
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
• Ability to lift and move event materials up to 30 lbs
• Ability to travel locally to scheduled events

Nice To Haves

• Sales, promotions, hospitality, retail, or event experience is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Represent Oklahoma Water Pros at local home shows, expos, and community events
• Create a positive first impression with homeowners and event attendees
• Help plan and coordinate upcoming events
• Research and schedule new events that generate customer interest
• Work with event organizers and vendors
• Set up and break down event booths and displays
• Train and help manage event staff and brand ambassadors
• Talk with homeowners about our bathroom remodeling solutions
• Schedule free in-home consultations for qualified customers
• Collect customer information and follow up on leads
• Track event results and help improve performance
