Logicbroker is hiring a contract Event Coordinator for a project-based, part-time engagement of approximately 10–25 hours per week, with hours varying by event cycle. The engagement runs from September 2026 through the close of Shoptalk season at the end of March 2027. The coordinator will own logistics for high-visibility trade shows, primarily NRF 2027 and Shoptalk, as well as smaller bespoke events such as dinners and meetups. The ideal candidate has direct trade show experience, established vendor relationships, and can work independently with minimal ramp time. The role covers end-to-end trade show planning and logistics, attendee travel and registration, vendor and budget management, and coordination with internal stakeholders. It also includes planning bespoke events, maintaining event records and trackers, managing branded materials, and supporting lead assignment and sales engagement tracking. Onsite presence at major trade shows is not required, though occasional bespoke dinners may require one to two days onsite, including travel and setup or teardown. Logicbroker describes its culture as mission-driven, collaborative, autonomous, and focused on accountability, leadership accessibility, growth, and shared learning. The company offers hybrid flexibility, with work possible remotely or in-office.
