The Events Coordinator role is central to this mission, involving the driving of cross-functional event teams to ensure successful execution. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end design, planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-site coordination for experiences held at their San Francisco office and occasional offsite events. The coordinator will attend an average of 2-3 First Round events and dinners weekly, ensuring each is executed to high standards, and will communicate seamlessly with external attendees and vendors. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, takes extreme ownership, is exceptionally organized, demonstrates strong cross-functional leadership, is service-oriented, flexible, creative, and passionate about community building. This role is based in San Francisco and requires a minimum of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office.
