Requirements
- Previous event coordination, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute group events from arrival to conclusion
- Serve as the main on-site point of contact for event hosts and guests
- Assist with event setup, timelines, and guest flow
- Communicate with operations, food & beverage, and management teams
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Support sales and management with event-related needs
