About The Position

BallerTV is seeking Event Contractors to join their team. This is a part-time, weekend contractor position focused on live-streaming youth sports events. As an independent contractor, you will have flexibility in choosing which events to accept. You will gain hands-on experience with the latest streaming software and technology while working at top sports venues. BallerTV provides tools and resources to support your success. The role involves tracking and handling event equipment, setting up streaming systems, monitoring game streams, and operating/troubleshooting equipment. You will have the opportunity to watch live sports while working. Daily shifts can be over 12 hours long, and weekend tournaments can exceed 30 hours of work. This role requires you to be on your feet and lift heavy objects.

Requirements

Must be local to the city listed
Must be available to work FULL SHIFTS Friday, May 22nd - Monday, May 25th (2026)
Must Have Reliable Vehicle
Must be 18 years of age
Must complete a pre-event background check
Must be familiar with iOS devices and products
Must be personable and professional at all times
Must have the ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
Must possess a positive winning attitude

Nice To Haves

Experience in (live) event production, sports, or any customer-facing position is a plus!
Knowledge, interest, and experience within grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football and/or wrestling is a plus!
Having a current and valid Driver's license to receive and transport event equipment.

Responsibilities

Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets.
Set up BallerTV’s streaming system (filming equipment) at each court (or field).
Move safely, be efficient, and maneuver with a sense of urgency throughout your workday.
Ensure each game’s stream is steady and consistent.
Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, and maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event.
