About The Position

Bisnow is seeking an Event Content & Research Producer to join their team. This role is responsible for identifying potential speakers, recruiting them for events, and managing the event experience from content research to day-of execution. The producer will work closely with sales and other departments to achieve ambitious goals, research industry trends, and ensure a high-quality attendee and speaker experience. This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days in the Dallas office per week.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of Commercial Real Estate (including property management) experience or Live Event Production (identifying key topics/prospecting speakers) experience.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Very strong project management and meticulous organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage, develop, and launch multiple projects under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Great teammate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on, roll up your sleeves work ethic.
  • Tenacity is expected.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key people in CRE.
  • Commitment to accuracy, quality, consistency, and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential speakers and establish contact, persistently recruiting prospects via phone and email.
  • Educate potential speakers on the value of speaking at Bisnow events.
  • Research out-of-the-box content ideas for events.
  • Recruit and place C-level executives on conferences.
  • Work with sales to drive sponsorship.
  • Manage the event experience throughout the entire process.
  • Utilize and establish contacts within the community to promote Bisnow and event attendance, including partnerships with associations and local groups.
  • Diligently research Commercial Real Estate (CRE), programming ideas, and top-notch speakers for events.
  • Manage speaker relations and touchpoints from event conception to day-of execution.
  • Provide excellent service, support, and communication to event speakers and sponsors.
  • Lead pre and post-event meetings, providing direction, guidance, and feedback.
  • Constantly look for innovative solutions to improve content and the attendee experience.
  • Persistently brainstorm fresh and relevant topic ideas with teams to adapt to industry trends.
  • Keep communication lines open through all departments on the status of events and projects.
  • Work collaboratively and cooperatively with members of all other departments.
  • Manage multiple events in various stages of production, requiring strong organization, detail-orientation, and time management skills.
