The Event Concierge is responsible for supervising and servicing all aspects of the Business Center on the conference level, aligning with group resumes, banquet event orders, and individual guest requests. This role involves managing, executing, and promoting Business Center services, including the use of computer systems for sales and conference services. The position requires receiving and acting upon group information, directly servicing and managing the conference level proactively and upon client requests, and participating in relevant internal and external meetings. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to meet business needs and provide "Lateral Service" to support other departments and ensure guest satisfaction. Additional duties may include assisting with the physical movement of equipment and furnishings, and supporting event set-ups as needed.
