Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at live promotional events and community campaigns.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer interactions.
• Educate consumers about products, services, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with event preparation, presentation, and breakdown.
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and engaging event environment.
• Answer customer questions and deliver exceptional service throughout each event.
• Support team objectives while contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.
• Complete event activity reports following each campaign.
