About The Position

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events.
• Help organize event materials, displays, supplies, and promotional resources.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
• Communicate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Answer questions and assist with identifying customer needs.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure event activities run smoothly.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations.
• Assist with customer follow-up activities after events.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
