About The Position

Student worker position in the Event Management department to assist with the execution of on-campus events. Must be able to lift objects and stand on feet for multiple hours on event days. Must be able to work as a team as well as individually. Must be a current Lipscomb University student.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work well with full-time event staff and other student workers
• Communicate effectively with Event Managers and team members
• Positively interact with internal and external clients
• Assist event team with set-up and tear down of events
• Arrive promptly on time as scheduled
• Complete assigned tasks in-office
• Organize event materials and inventory
• Maintain a professional manner, including attire, in and out of the office
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Availability to time manage and work potential weekly hours in-office
• Supports the Event Manager to perform duties on day of event in their absence
• Includes working ticketing services at non-athletic events
