About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an outgoing, people-focused Event and Retail Marketer to build company rapport and generate leads for its window and door replacement products. The role involves traveling to events and retail spaces throughout Wisconsin, serving as a company brand ambassador, engaging homeowners, and creating interest in the products. Compensation includes an $18 hourly base, performance-based pay, and uncapped bonuses. Typical first-year earnings are stated as $50,000–$55,000 or more. The position offers a flexible schedule and is not described as a typical 9-to-5 role.

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Assertive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and strong negotiation skills.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to fit a tent inside the vehicle.
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Ability to lift 65 pounds and load equipment into a vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, bartending, or related fields.
• Previous experience in solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and appointments at trade shows, fairs, festivals, home shows, and retail locations.
• Engage homeowners in conversation, create interest, and educate them about the products offered.
• Assist with preparing, setting up, and taking down tables, booths, totes, tents, and related event equipment.
• Travel to events and retail spaces throughout Wisconsin to market and promote the company’s products.
