TEKsystems has an exciting opportunity for an Event Planning/Advisory Project Lead to join a major client. This individual will work as part of a team that focuses on advising Event Marketers with how to plan and execute a variety of events for the organization. The candidate they are seeking has at minimum 5+ years in large corporate event concepting, budget guidance, event technology consultation, and safety & security prioritization. Additional tasks could include: Managing the execution and improvement of their event intake process Provide guidance/consulting to teams that are hosting anywhere around 330 divisional events annually. Plan and produce vendor showcases + divisional trainings Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and simplify processes Support planning for other events as needed
