The Event Administrator will be responsible for general administrative duties, maintaining the front office, answering telephone calls, assisting with ticket sales, and supporting the Sales and Event Services team with paperwork. This role also involves maintaining event files, managing office supplies, assisting with event setup/teardown, and being hands-on during events. The administrator must pay attention to detail, ensure consistent service, understand and complete tasks, report facility issues, and adhere to all company policies, risk management, safety precautions, and emergency procedures. A professional appearance and good attendance are required.
