Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned event-related accounts and requests
- Coordinate event details, schedules, materials, and customer needs
- Communicate event information and promotional details clearly
- Follow up on account questions and event-related requests
- Assist with event preparation, setup, and customer engagement
- Maintain organized records of account and event activities
- Gather feedback from customers and event participants
- Work with team members to help ensure events run smoothly and professionally
