Servers may have the opportunity to cross-train as bartenders based on business need, performance, position tenure, and past work experience. Evening Servers are essential for serving happy hour and dinner items from the menu, with frequent updated specials.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant and/or hospitality experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

Inform guests about menu items, specials, and other information to enhance the dining experience
Answer guest questions and respond to guest requests
Setup, Cleanup, and Prepare tables and restaurant service area
Some equipment maintenance
Clearing and cleaning tables
Carry dishes to scrape station
Thank guests for their visit and welcome them to return to the hotel
Complete open and closing duties, including reporting tips and sales accurately into Restaurant Point of Sale System
Other duties as-assigned
