About The Position
The Evening Program Director teaches classes using The Little Gym’s curriculum and teaching method, provides an outstanding customer service and membership experience, oversees the programs offered to ensure they meet The Little Gym International’s standards, and oversees the training and evaluation of team members. The role is part of a team focused on children’s growth and development in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Solid leadership skills with children and adults.
- Enjoy working with children and providing service to members.
- Be able to have fun while also focusing on work.
Nice To Haves
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
