About The Position

4M Building Solutions is hiring part-time Evening Janitorial Floaters in the St. Cloud, Minnesota area. The role is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and pays $23.00 per hour. Floaters perform a range of cleaning assignments, including pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, construction cleans, general cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, burnishing, and floor scrubbing. Training in the company’s best practices is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Cleaning experience is required; training in 4M’s best practices is provided.
• Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check.
• Must comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with the position and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing.
• Clean exterior windows.
• Perform construction cleans.
• Complete general cleaning tasks.
• Strip and wax floors.
• Burnish floors.
• Scrub floors.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with the position and OSHA requirements.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
