About The Position

Evening Janitorial Floaters provide janitorial and cleaning services in the St. Cloud, Minnesota area. The schedule is 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., and the position pays $24.00 per hour. Work tasks include pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, construction cleans, general cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, burnishing, and floor scrubbing. Training in the company’s best practices is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle or other reliable transportation.
• Cleaning experience is required.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing.
• Clean exterior windows.
• Complete construction cleans.
• Perform general cleaning.
• Strip and wax floors.
• Burnish floors.
• Scrub floors.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when required by the position and OSHA requirements.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
